The Real Estate Salesperson Certificate program prepares students to take the Real Estate Salesperson exam. The foundation of the real estate industry is understanding the underwriting, financing and valuation of investments. Earning the professional certificate requires the completion of at least five qualifying courses, which must include four core courses, and at least one elective. • Real Estate Broker The course work meets the educational requirement of 120 classroom hours for persons to sit for the Ohio real estate license exam: 40 hours of Real Estate Principles and Practices, 40 hours of Real Estate Law, 20 hours of Real Estate Finance, and 20 hours of Real Estate Appraisal. The program is designed to give current USC graduate students in related fields a more comprehensive perspective on public policy issues in the context of real estate. • Television (including combined TV-film-video): 68% increase in earnings The professors are extremely knowledgeable about the program and helping their students succeed and getting them into their desired field.
